Kompleks Kilang SME Bank is an integrated entrepreneurship development approach that provides financing facilities, factory space rental, and entrepreneurship training as well as service advisory help and financial. Apart from that, the scheme also focuses on: -

	Suitable project selection with the innovative business concept.
	Selection of talented and committed candidates.

The Government through Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperative Development (MECD) and the then Bank Pembangunan & Infrastruktur Malaysia Berhad (BPIMB) have organised the factory scheme in order to encourage participations from Bumiputera entrepreneur in manufacturing and service sector.

The scheme began in year 1985 and obtained full support from Government who provides fund to build the factories in each state. There are currently 24 factories with 419 lots nationwide.
