Below is the step by step for Customers that owns other Bank’s Internet Banking Account Holder:

Bank Islam

• Head on to Bank Islam genuine website and enter your credentials.

• Select Funds Transfer > Interbank > Instant Transfer.

• At the Transfer Type section, select Fund Transfer to Savings / Current Account.

• Select Cimb Bank Berhad at the Recipient Bank section.

• Enter your company name in the Reference section.

• Please ensure the above details are correct.

• Click confirm to complete the payment process.

• Head on to the genuine Maybank website.

• Select Method of Payment under the Cash menu.

• In the Transaction Details section, choose your preferred account and select Malaysian Ringgit as the transaction currency.

• Key in your Transaction Amount and Value Date

• Select Product
• Click Payment

• At the Beneficiary Details section, choose Open Beneficiary

• Key in account number 98955 XXXXXXXXX and select Resident of Malaysia.

• Select Beneficiary Bank and type SME Bank in the Beneficiary Name section.

• Enter transaction amount in the area provided and click Submit

For payment using other Bank, select ‘Corporate Payment Services’ then ‘Fund Transfer using Interbank Giro to CIMB Bank as recipient Bank.

Bank Muamalat Corporate Internet Banking

• Head on to the genuine Bank Muamalat website

• Click Corporate Payment Services and select Pay to Other Banks Account.

• Choose your preferred account to be deducted

• Please ensure you have provided the following details

  • Beneficiary Name
  • Beneficiary Bank
  • Other Payment Details
  • Recipient Reference (payment purpose)
