SME Bank's Graduate Talent Programme (GTP) is an 18 months accelerated programme that aims to develop home-grown top talents through a series of learning events, personalized rotations, and stretched assignment across the different segments of the banking business within a specialized area (track). At SME Bank, we believe in talent's potential and this programme will be a great launch pad for a successful career in banking for young graduates.

Who are we looking for?
Degree holder with minimum CGPA 3.0 or its equivalent in relevant disciplines
Graduates with not more than 2 years of working experience
Below 28 years old
Malaysian citizens and permanent residents
Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy working in fast-paced environments
Has proven leadership experience in extra-curricular activities
Excellent verbal and written Bahasa & English communication
