Assistance on Flood Disaster

Following the flood disaster the country is facing currently, all affected SME Bank customers will be provided necessary asistance based on individual needs in order to ensure the effectiveness is maximised.
SME Bank customers can communicate directly with thier respective Relationship Managers for any enquires pertaining to their financing accounts or anything related to it. Alternatively, you can call the Bank’s Customer Service Centre at 03-2603 7700 or email to [email protected].
Prior to this, SME Bank has offered various assitance to its customers through the Government’s PRIHATIN, PENJANA, PEMERKASA and PEMULIH programs in addition to its various internal programs.
